PENTA exhibits at the Central Mass Business Expo

WORCESTER _This year marks an historic partnership between the Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Central Mass Business Expo and the Build Northeast Conference. The Conference and Expo have joined forces to offer attendees the latest tools and techniques to help create successful economic development projects and partnerships.

On Monday, Sept. 8, from 9 a.m. – 7 p.m., PENTA Communications, Inc. participated in the Expo, which is one of the largest business-to-business events in New England.  The Expo was held at the Exhibition Hall at the DCU Center in Worcester.

The Worcester Regional Chamber has hosted the Expo for the last 27 years. Over the years it has become a staple to the business community for its numerous networking opportunities and informational seminars and guest speakers. One of the highlights of this year’s Expo was a group discussion by Donna Cupelo, President of Verizon;  Marcy Reed, President of Massachusetts National Grid; Kyle J. Brenner, Director of Career and Vocational Technical Education for Worcester Public Schools, and Timothy Murray, President and CEO of Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce. The group discussed the impact of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math Education) as an economic driver.
